As a qualified instructor and expert of the great outdoors, Elie Garcin puts safety at the heart of every outing. The practice of off-piste and touring involves significant responsibility and requires an adapted technical level.

3. Terms & Conditions of Sale

3.1 Bookings & Planning

Bookings become final after confirmation via WhatsApp or telephone. Due to high demand, blocking a date may require a deposit (terms specified during direct contact).

3.2 Cancellations

More than 7 days before: Cancellation without charge.
Between 7 days and 48h: 50% of the service amount is due.
Less than 48h: The service is due in full.

3.3 Weather & Risks

Bad weather, cold, or lack of visibility are not automatic causes for cancellation. Only the instructor can judge the feasibility of the session. In case of total closure of the ski area (prefectural decision or lift company), the session will be postponed or refunded.

3.4 Client Insurance

Skiing is a high-risk activity. Each participant must be covered by civil liability insurance and personal accident insurance (Carré Neige type recommended). Elie Garcin cannot be held responsible for damages suffered by the client outside of characterized faults falling under his Pro Liability.
